Welcome to the West End Special Education Local Plan Area (WESELPA),  

It is with great honor and distinction that I am privileged to serve our member districts, community, and students as the Administrator for the West End SELPA.  Our WESELPA team maintains a student-centered philosophy where building relationships with our district and community partners is paramount to enabling the success of each and every student.  We are dedicated to providing high-quality educational programming and services to staff and students across our member districts in the West End geographical region, and I pledge to keep best practices for students with special needs at the forefront of our mission to ensure educational success for all students. Through the investment of forward-thinking educational staff, relationship–inspired partnerships with our community and surrounding agencies, and a commitment to enhancing the educational experience for all students, I stand strong in the belief that WESELPA is a premiere special education local plan area in San Bernardino County and the state of California.  

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to serve you as the Administrator for WESELPA and know that I am dedicated to partnering with you to remove any and all barriers that limit our students from feeling confident in their educational pursuits and future college, career, and vocational endeavors. Together we can empower our students to achieve academic excellence, personal growth, and social-emotional wellbeing.
